"Processing premium payments"
We have two prescription drug policies with United Health Care and have had them since before ARRP was involved in the program. We have always sent one check, with two premium payment coupons. For the last two years or so, the total payment gets applied to one of the two policies, and the other policy receives a lapse notice. This is totally unacceptable. Is AARP administering your business now?

"The Pits"
I like the company but we get a lot of paper work in the mail for us to sendthem info and I do and I still get more paper work. It really annoys me that they don't know that they just sent me three envelopes telling me the same thing. Com on people geesh.

"We get life insurance thru military(active duty)"
I'm very happy with our life insurance. They take the premium amount directly out of our check and we dont have to do anything. Its very cheap fora $400,000 poicy. We get it thru the military. We are Active Duty Marine Corps.
