"Satisfied with Trustmark Life Insurance"
I have had my policy with Trustmark Insurance for over 3 years now. I would rate it an A- on a typical grade scale. Of course, I am somewhat biased as I used to be an employee and I am a licensed life insurance agent, but I truly have no complaints thus far. My rate is under $15.00 a month for a $250,000 policy on my husband. We are young adults, in good health, but that is still a very competitive rate. I am pleased with the customer service I have received, and I have not had any issues in that arena. When I left Trustmark, I was able to carry our policies with me, and the monthly rate stayed the same. There was even a month I was unable to pay my bill before the due date, and the matter was handled professionally and respectfully with no lapse in coverage.
