Review:
"Long term care insurance"
Not only was the representative I dealt with totally impolite and offensive but the service was non-existent. I am in the process of reporting this company to every insurance regulatory agency I can find as well as the Better Business Bureau. Heather Johnson, the representative, was rude and uncooperative in every telephone conversation; she failed to return my calls time after time and was as far on the "0" scale as possible with customer courtesy. After a huge "run-around", she FINALLY sent me a letter saying my aunt did not qualify because she wasn't in the hospital at the right time--she knew this from the beginning so why all of the things she had me submitting? I would not recommend this company for ANYTHING other than misrepresentation!
