"Prudential - Review"
Prudential's customer service every time I have called them puts me on hold for a long time. The agents are not knowledgeable in life insurance policies. That can't seem to answer my questions on the phone. Everything needs to be mailed which takes 7-10 business days. If I want to know policy values it will take a long time to get.
