They are a good company and have a good rep. I just think when I was with Allstate I got much much better customer service. The only reason I stay with nation wide is that they have better prices. I also am not really kept informed on things, changes or updates in a timely manor.

I have had nationwide for a little over a year. Their service is okay, average, but they are too expensive. I always get information from them promptly and can get through to a live person on the the phone, so that part is good.
