I've owned this life insurance for over four years. The company representatives are very polite and helpful. They were extremely prompt when I needed a replacement copy of my policy, which was somehow lost in a move three years ago. The statements are very simple and easy to understand. I can pay at my local independent agent's office, or I can mail my premium directly to National Security Insurance in the handy, pre-addressed envelope they provide each month. I've never had any problem with this company, or with mine or my son's life insurance policies. I really can't think of anything I dislike about National Security Insurance Company, nor can I think of anything negative to say. I would definitely buy this brand of insurance again. I am very pleased and satisfied with my choice of life insurance carriers. I have recommended this agency to friends thinking of buying life insurance, and will do so again if given the opportunity.
