I have been with the insurance company for more than 2 years. Month to month renewal of the insurance and at any time i can come out if i dont like the service. Nothing much to dislike. If i need to repair that i will replace that after 1 years, because i will get married after one year. Yes, ofcourse. I will surely recommend this to all of my friends not just one.

"Met Life: A reasonable insurance company"
I've been with Met Life for 24 years now and could not be happier. They agent that original sold me my insurance many years ago was cordial and friendly. He still sends me Christmas cards which makes me feel like I'm still a valued customer even though I really don't have that much interaction with the company anymore. However the quarterly statements about the policy keep me reminded of the fact that if anything should ever happen to me, my family will have at least a little money to keep things going until they figure other things out. Overall I'm really satisfied with Met Life. They're a no hassle insurance company with competitive rates. Everyone needs life insurance to make sure that they're family will be protected should the worst occur. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to add that security to themselves and their family. They really do make having life insurance seem like an easy afterthought rather than some big chore.

"It Provides the Basics But It Can Be Better: Life Insurance"
Ten years ago I received the terrible news of my breast cancer and since that day I've done alot of thinking about the welfare of my kids and husband should I ever leave this life. Since that day moving forward I took it upon myself to suscribe to a Life Insurance Company so has it make sure my spouse and children are well looked after. After some intense research online and through the consultation of my friends and family I opted to get a policy through Metlife who offers some great products especially for individuals like myself who are suffering life threatening health problems. One of the most favorite aspects of Metlife is the great customer service received whenever I inquire about my policy. Ive heard horror stories of similar insurance companies that provide little to no customer service when it is most needed. Since I started using Metlife I have referred ten friends to them and I can't imagine using any other company moving forward in my life.

"MetLife Policy for Married Couple"
MetLife Insurance has a name that both my husband and I recognize and respect. Through our financial planner, we reviewed term life policies with multiple life insurance providers. As we are recently married and looking to be covered until our projected retirement age, we chose to purchase term life policies. MetLife Insurance appeared to have the lowest rates for our desired level of coverage. Paired with their corporate reputation, the low rates provided the best value for us. As for being "very satisified", this distinction has not been selected as we have not had to utilize our policy, therefore I can not comment personally on the claims process and benefits distribution. However, the policy information is clear, easy to read and understand, and is thorough. Additionally, we appreciate the different payment arrangements, be it annually, semi-annually or monthly. Our experience with MetLife Insurance would lead us to recommend the company for someone looking to purchase life insurance.

"MetLife--nothing horrible, nothing special"
I've had MetLife for about five years based on my father's recommendation. The only customer service interaction I've had has been online, but it's been decent and doesn't take too long. There are a couple of things I don't like, however--you get charged more when trying to pay month to month, which I wanted to do to set up automatic bill pay. The other option is only to get a paper statement at your house once a year! What century are they in? While I think that their rates are a bit high, I guess they aren't too onerous, but I wish I'd looked around a bit more. I wouldn't have any reason to recommend them to a friend since they really haven't done anything to create any sense of loyalty or warm fuzzies! However, at the same time there's been nothing too bad that's gone on--I just wonder if there's a better company out there that I'm just unaware of.

I had the Metlife Life Insurance policy since 3 years for a coverage of $400,000. Most of my friends and my relatives has the same policy with a very less quote of $25 a month. I had joined this, as my friends had it and recommended it. The customer service is pretty good, and the rates I think are average(not too high nor low). I recommend this company, though the rates are average, the company is better and has good brand value.

"Life Insurance with a Company That Makes You Feel Safe"
I have been a Life Insurance policy holder with MetLife for the past 11 years. I bought my policy when my daughter was born in order to ensure she would have some protection should I die suddenly. I must admit I didn't shop around for an insurer, I just asked a friend of mine who they used and that's how I found MetLife. The local representative came to my house, had me answer some simple questions and send a nurse around to draw blood and do a basic physical. I had my policy within a week. Since then, I receive an annual bill which comes promptly and I pay. I have had occasion to call them to redirect my mail and ask about policy changes and have always found them to be helpful and prompt in their customer service. There rates are reasonable and I would definitely recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a life insurance policy. After all, it's a very small investment for very large returns in the peace of mind dividend!

Met Life was very helpful when I had questions filling out the paperwork. Their website is easy to navigate and it's easy to figure out how to make the changes I want to my policy.
