"Liberty Mutual - Giving my LIFE a reason to NEED insurance... Nightmares!"
We are very unsatisfied with the customer service Liberty Mutual provides. We will be leaving and switching insurance companies shortly. Every time we call and have a question, their agents are horrific! They barely speak proper English, do not comprehend our issues, and have hung up on us several times. Our statements always arrive very late and staggered times of the month. If we should expect a statement the 2nd week of the month - it should arrive between the 7th-15 of the month. Liberty Mutual statements can arrive unexpectedly any time of the month! Sometimes we will not receive a statement for 2-3 months!

Liberty mutual was helpful, sending a rep to my house to help me determine my needs for insurance. They also provide me statements a few times a year that provide all the detail I need. Each time I have had a question, I was able to get an answer that day through my rep or on the phone.

We have Liberty Mutual and I am very satisfied with them. Their customer service has always been excellent and they have answered all of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Their statemets and communication always comes quickly and when it should. They are all around just great. Great price without losing out on service!

My husband and I began our policy with Liberty Mutual in September 2008 due to the fact we were closing on our first house the following month. We were also expecting our first baby and wanted to make sure that if something were to happen to either one of us that the other would be okay financially. We chose the company because we were very happy with them as our automobile insurer and they have a fantastic reputation. The customer service has been fantastic. Our agent took a lot of time to explain the policy options to us, and therefore we picked the plan that seemed to best meet our needs. In addition, Liberty required both of us to have a physical with one of their nurses that that went very smoothly. The nurse even came to our home. I think the rates are reasonable and they made sense to me because they are based on one's health, etc. I would and have recommended Liberty to a few friends because we have been very happy with them.
