"do they know I exist"
Seriously, other than finding out that my checking account has been debited monthly, I don't hear from the company and have no idea if they know I really exist.

"Just fine thank you."
They are no different from most insurance companies that sell term life insurance. So long as you pay the premium, they keep away from you. And as long as they stay in business and keep their end of the deal, that is all that matters to me.

"Genworth Life Insurance Company"
Communication is somewhat less than I expected. Bills arrive in a timely fashion.

"Review of Genworth Life Insurance Company, Term Life Insurance"
I have had Genworth Life Insurance, a term policy, for about three years. I chose this company because I was getting to an age where my premiums were going to increase, and my previous company was really increasing the rates. I contacted my husband's malpractice carrier, and they offered me a much better policy for half the price. I think their customer service is good because I get letters from them frequently, and reminders about other medical tests I might want to take. I also liked the fact that in order to apply for the insurance, I had to take a physical examination with a nurse. The nurse came to my place of employment, and I was not inconvenienced. Compared to the other insurance I had before, I think their rates were half of what I was paying before. Another good think is that I have locked in a rate so that the premiums will never increase, even if my health becomes an issue. I would recommend the company to a friend.
