"A no hassle life insurance company"
I have had a whole life insurance policy with CIGNA (Connecticut General Life Insurance Company) for the past three years soon to be four. This was the Life insurance company my job provides its employees with. We also have the option to buy additional coverage which I chose to do as well through CIGNA. There customer service department is better than other customer service centers I have had to deal with in the past. Every time you need to call you always reach a live person, located in the United States. There customer service centers are not located in India or any other outsourced alternative. The call centers are also open twenty four hours. There rates are comparable to other life insurance companies in the market. I wouldn't say they are high or low, rather they are average. I would certainly recommend this company to a friend or family member anytime.
