Location: Rochester, NY Review: "Great so far - Amica" I've been using Amica for all my insurance needs for about 16 years now. I recently picked up life insurance about 5 years ago through them as they gave me a very good rate since I had my car and house insurance through them. So far they have treated me very well and luckily I haven't had to cash in the policy yet so I guess it's great! In all seriousness Amica is incredible to work with and have never had any problems with them ever. Sign up with them ASAP!

Location: North Kingstown, RI Review: "AMICA for life insurance, the best customer service" I have been a customer of AMICA for about five years. I am very satisfied with the company, because of the really excellent way it treats it customers, in contrast to so many companies today. AMICA was recommended to me by a neighbor, when I was complaining to him about how unhelpful State Farm was with my questions about my insurance. He said that AMICA's customer service was super. Their phones are staffed by very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable people, based in the U.S., so you don't encounter the language or understandability problems with companies that outsource. They staff their phones 24/7. They assigned one person to handle my questions, and she was readily accessible. If I ever reached her voice mail, she called me back in minutes. If she was not on duty, the backup people were very well-informed and had access to my records. The price of their life insurance was competitive with the other companies I compared it to, plus, since I opted to join as a member, I receive a nice rebate check annually. I also moved my car and liability policies to AMICA. I had an expensive car accident just months after starting that policy, and they could not have been nicer about it. I was worried that they would cancel or not renew my policy, but there was no problem. This is a company with the old fashioned values that are missing in so much of our society today.
