Triple A's customer service is awesome. They have great people skills. I have never had a problem and they normally have great attitudes and awesome customer knowledge. All of my statements have been delivered thru mail in a timely matter. At the perfect date, never too early or late,just the perfect time.

They don't bother me, but I get statements every so often in the mail. I hate companies that send you a bunch of advertisements or extra stuff you can buy, and I'm very thankful I don't get that.

I have had my Life insurance policy with AAA since 2007, so right around 3 years now. I really had no intention of getting life insurance as I guess at 27 years old when I signed up I didnt feel as if it was something I needed to be concerned with. However, I called around to many insurance companies looking for car insurance originally. I finally ended up calling AAA to get car insurance and while speaking to the wonderfully friendly and informative agent on the phone he explained to me not only how as a single mom it would benefit my kids and myself, but also all of the other benefits of life insurance with them as well. After speaking with this man who seemed to put my worries at ease, my own concern now was the price as I really did not have very much extra money to toss out for another "bill" in my mind. Again, I shouldnt have been worried as their rates are really amazing, and even on my tight single Mother budget I could afford to cover myself and my family with life insurance. I have recommended this company to my family and friends for life insurance and I will continue to recommend AAA to everyone I meet looking for insurance of any kind, but especially their life insurance. They are a great company, with great rates, and truly wonderful customer service.

I currently have two life insurance policies with AAA, one that covers me and one that covers my wife. I've had the polices for about two years and have had no issues at all. The effort to set up both of these policies was very easy and took hardly any amount of work on my part. AAA has an option for automatic billing to a credit card so I don't even have to worry about missing a payment and losing my coverage. I chose AAA because of the low rates and the excellent customer service I have experienced as a AAA member. There rates weren't the lowest but I wanted to have coverage through a proven company with a good track record. AAA has always been there for me and my family with all of the services that they offer which made choosing their life insurance an easy choice. I would definitely recommend AAA to anyone who was looking for affordable life insurance coverage.
